How is someone who bought a one way ticket out of the country out on bail, wtf?

This plus the fact that her passport was confiscated in 2018 so what was she planning on using to get into Mexico? And her husband/bf went to South Africa once he got to Mexico so wouldn't this mean Mexico was just a stop over to SA? Or better yet Namibia, which is next to SA and has no extradition treaty with the states? His five week trip to SA could've been him dismantling whatever setup they made for her. Ugh, why is no one answering any of these questions? What is wrong with these lawyers!

I don't know much about law, especially in the US, but I thought even with a suspended sentence or whatever the equivalent they were expecting was, there are limits on travel.

It is and I think it's the case for her but she's so privileged that she probably thought she could get away with it a "little" trip to Mexico.

I know someone who was charged and convicted of a DUI, they couldn't even leave the state while on bench probation.

And her husband's family is SO wealthy, they no doubt could afford to support her and the children hiding abroad for the rest of her life.
