Ugh, man, that's horrible that she didn't sue. I don't love how lawsuit-happy some people are, but this was clearly a case where it would have been completely appropriate.

A friend of mine once had some furniture fall on her at a a store she worked at bc it wasn't properly secured. She didn't sue either, people are just too afraid of taking on companies and/or ruining their career by this move.
