My third was unplanned when I also had an almost six and a three year old, and even then I was already in an entire different headspace. I was free from diapers and sleepless night and baby food, and suddenly I’m right back. I definitely paused to be like, “i was so close…”

They’re 10, 7, and 4 now so we’re finally back to where I once was, but there is no way I’d do it again. I’ll fully admit I’m not one of those “ooh the baby years are the best! Cherish them!” types and crying over throwing out old baby clothes. I am alllll about independent kids who can wipe their own ass. I might miss their sweet little baby faces and the fact that they weren’t so sassy back then, but not much else.

Am I an awful person for my first thought being that I hope her husband doesn’t leave her for another woman when she’s seven months pregnant? (And that situation was mostly Billy Crudup’s fault but I still judge her too.)

as someone who was a teen in the 90s -- i feel like MSCL is really overrated hahah? Maybe it struck a chord with some people. Not me! It's not terribly different from other teen dramas tbh

This is so bizarre but out of all the celebrity couples I paid attention to back in 2009 (I went through a Hugh Dancy phase lol), Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy, arguably the blandest couple of them all, are literally the only couple who are still together today
