title is not accurate, they are not selling the IPs to Amazon, just that the content they will make will be released on Amazon because Zaslav does not seem to be interested in putting it up on HBO Max.

so hbo max is going to lose even more potential content going forward and they’ll be handing the subscription earnings over to amazon for a one time payout for streaming rights

Honestly I want all the animated movies to be back on streaming services again. I loved when they were all on Now TV, but I can't find them anywhere atm.
