it's not new but I watched Crimes of the Future last night and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would

I know it's subjective, but I am pretty squeamish about body horror stuff. Is this a movie where I could close my eyes for the worst of it and be okay, or is it extendedly gross?

The trailer for this one grossed me out, so I didn't see it in theaters. If people said it was bad, I wasn't gonna watch it at all, but I am willing to suffer a little personal discomfort if it's a good movie.
