my biggest concern is they're going to plunder the batman verse/ matt reeves and stretch it too thin and it'll dilute the films. The Penguin spin off looks fun and can be a contained story as its all about the politics of the criminal underground that batman wouldn't rly be involved in, but this Arkham show would need to establish at least a few major rogues to be worthwhile, and the whole time you'd just be wishing batman would show up. The same thing for that GCDP show they're still threatening to make.

I wish they'd just focus all their efforts into making the next film good, and not have to worry about stepping on other plot lines in lesser tv shows. Too many ppl having their say in the verse might make it very muddled, what i liked best about the batman is it was clearly just one person's vision.

I just hope it's not all doom and gloom a la Snyder OR all sarcasm a la Gunn. The characters are fun because they have different tones and that mix is interesting. Or it was until supes were beaten into horse bone dust.

Having said that, I'm taking a half day to be at the first showing of BP2 tomorrow so what do I know?
