Why does this feel like he probably jinxed it with this statement?

Also, they need to appeal to a younger demographic. None of the kids and teens I work with know or care about DC. A decade and a half ago, this wouldn't have been the case.

Aquaman 2 better give Mera all the screentime possible but if not they can choke. DCEU is mostly trash anyways.
