Really Ryan Murphy tell us again how you’re not making projects that glorify serial killers

Did you watch? Cause it really doesn't glorify him.

I didn’t bc I didn’t want to support it, but I did read about it and I’d argue that it is inherently glorifying them by casting young hot heartthrobs like Evan Peters, not to mention the constant retelling of these stories keeps their crimes alive and revictimizes the families all over again.

Wonder which serial killers they'll throw into the spotlight under the guise of bringing awareness to the crimes while pretending to care for the victims.

Most obvious choice is BTK, I suppose.

Speaking of which, anyone read the memoir written by Kerri Rawson, his daughter?

I just hope it’s not Bundy for the 1000th time.

I mean I wish they weren’t doing this at all but I feel like there have been so many Bundy docs, movies, and shows over the last few years.

Definitely, and it's pretty obvious they choose him bc he was considered attractive. Surprised there aren't more shows/films about Paul Bernardo but I'm guessing it's bc he's Canadian and American serial killers still seem to have a bigger hold of the general public.

How his wife got a plea deal and then she turned out to be an active participant in her husband's crimes could probably be a film on its own.
