Netflix’s ‘Monster’ renewed for two more seasons

Netflix to turn ‘Monster’ into an anthology series following the success of ‘Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.’

The series, which has been renewed for two seasons, will follow “other monstrous figures who have impacted society.”

I didn’t bc I didn’t want to support it, but I did read about it and I’d argue that it is inherently glorifying them by casting young hot heartthrobs like Evan Peters, not to mention the constant retelling of these stories keeps their crimes alive and revictimizes the families all over again.

I’m aware he sort of resembles him although they did makeup/hair to enhance it but I still argue that it’s glorification of them, and it’s not just me people were making tik toks left and right about how “sexy” he looked. At the very least I think it’s ridiculous that Murphy claims it’s telling the victims stories and this is coming from someone who as a young moron in LA visited the murder museum

The victims families were upset by the making of it. Knowing that was enough for me to choose not to watch/support it.
