Before kicking off the European leg of his Long Live Montero tour on Tuesday, Lil Nas X performed (the censored version of) STAR WALKIN’ at League of Legends’ Worlds 2022 Finals opening ceremony.

This also seems to mark the end of this partnership, as he retires as president in the video under the cut.

wish he sang live like most other world final performances in the past but other than that, it was a nice production.

I wanted to like the song, but it just doesn't hit that hard, the performance is alright thou, just alright, full on lip-sync, sure ok but at least to pre-recorded vocals not the actual track, what in britney hell lol.
He said I'm going to turn the camp level to 50 out of 10 lol, that and the special effects are the only interesting things about this performance.

Ok...I was a hater for a while with Jackson Wang because it was some live event..and the camera cut to him and he sang live and it was AWFUL. Ok it was AWFUL. I remember being so embarrassed-this must have been like at the start of covid. I was so embarrassed because I linked the live stream to the group chat, so all the eyes were watching. and he picked up that mic and made us all take our headphones off and they were like 'this your mans????' and I never forgave him after that, but THIS? I'ma be honest. That performance he did right before Lil Nas X's was amazing. Great job, great dancing. Choreography was giving a little bit of Alexa but hey it looked amazing. Thank god his mic was off-I just want to thank not only god, but Jesus for that. Thank you so much. Couldnt have been better-really had me terrified when I saw the mic in his hand but as soon I realized it was off, I could stan again. Tune was even catchy ( ... )

Not sure why he didn't sing live, when Madison Beer performed at LOL Worlds with the rest of those K/Da girls, they mostly all sang live.
