Hell the costume designer dressed Lea MIchelle like this the entire time she was in “high school” in the show, it made no sense that her character would dress like a weird combo of kindergarten teacher and maxim magazine spread

Speaking of that... ONTD, how do you feel about dressing up/ being asked by your significant other to dress as a school girl?

A guy I was seeing asked me to dress up as a schoolgirl, pigtails and all (I was 25 and he was 27 btw). The first time I didn't mind, I thought we were trying something different? But then he became kinda obsessed with the idea to the point where he didn't want to have sex in normal clothes (and if we did, he was significantly less enthusiastic about it). It rubbed me the wrong way, I was feeling awful and I stopped seeing him.

I'm not saying using costumes or whatever is wrong in general, but the school girl thing is gross.

I think the obsession with it was a red flag 🚩 I’m glad glad you recognized that. In general I don’t think anything of it asking for your partner to dress up for fun play.

Funny enough I was into the songs before I got into the show and backtracked to watch the show. I didn't get pass half of season two. It was fine tv at the time with some problems but I honestly never understood the huge following
