I don't know if the stuff of FKA twigs being scared of him on their publicity tour was out there when Olivia cast him but the stuff with Mia and his problems physically attacking Tom Hardy were 100% public and it seems like Florence was already uncomfortable with him from he jump. :/

thnak you for saying this. as someone who grew up catho and has lots of trauma bc of the church, seeing all these cathos welcome him, disregarding his violent past is.....not surprising to me bc that's literally the source of my religious trauma, the catholic church ignoring violent abuse.
