I've heard more about people purposefully buying Funny Girl tickets when they know Beanie is out than anything else about the show. People LOVE her standby Julie Benko and don't seem to particularly care for Beanie at all.

I feel I haven’t really read enough about the floppage of the movie. I wanted to really savour it.

the pro-shot of Come From Away is so wonderful, i'm glad it's out there so people will be able to see that cast do the show. also should've won the Tony in 2017 over DEH

I’m a Great Comet girl forever and ever, but at least I wouldn’t have been mad with CFA winning!!!

It indeed should have won over DEH, though Great Comet should have won over both! Still forever bitter that in a year with TWO amazing musicals they went with the dreck. And I am equally sad that Come From Away, the superior show, is barely outlasted DEH.

At least I got to see CFA in its pre-Broadway run in DC, and then see the special performance in front of the Lincoln Memorial last year!

I saw Frozen tonight. It was cute. "Let It Go" was a moment, loved the theatrics of it on stage. The 2nd half wasn't as good as the first, but I liked Oaken and the "Hygge" song.

I'm seeing To Kill a Mockingbird in a couple of weeks.

The two theaters I normally go to have some great shows coming in for their 2022-2023 season.
