i was 13 when glee premiered so i LOVED IT. and i rmb jumping ship bc i was so mad they made kurt and blaine break up LMAO. in hindsight, i’m glad i stopped watching. but i’ll still rmb it fondly bc it was SUCH an important show to me. it was my life and made me erase all that internalized homophobia i had.

i still listen to a lot of their covers to this day (the warblers album, pretty / unpretty, paradise by the dashboard light, valerie !!!!)

In the recent post about the last ipod model being discontinued, someone brought up the fact that there were people who would design custom pictures for the new Glee songs each week. It reminded me how exciting it was to find out which songs were going to be in the next episode and see the new cover art on tumblr.
