The most explosive, horrible unpopular opinion came from Cucumberbatch himself though - he doesn't like working with cats!

...OK, maybe ONTD's been right about him all along. 😡 I thought I liked him but I WON'T TOLERATE THIS

but lmao he's right about Ariana, her diction has gotten worse & worse over the years

he said he likes cats but they are hard to work with since they don't give a fuck about listening to the trainer. he also said working with dogs was hard too

is this an unpopular opinion? I thought we all agreed we can't understand her.

but between the caller who likes the smell of cow crap and the woman who eats frozen uncooked fries

...british people are you okay?

the cow manure one doesn’t make sense to me but it kinda does, like I reckon it REALLY depends on where you live and how the farms are lol but it isn’t like wholly offensive always, and if you grew up around it it could be almost nostalgic. It’s kind of like briny seawater in that it can be disgusting but you can also be like “it makes me think of the sea” I feel like it just makes people think of farmland

honestly of all the poopy smells out there in the world, cow manure - at least from a distance - is one of the least offensive. it definitely has a strong association with farmland and the country and such so I get it, if that's an environment you have an affinity/nostalgia for

there's a part of San Francisco along the Bay that smells VERY strongly of sewage when you're outside or in your car driving through. this isn't even like, near a sewage plant or anything, it's a very scenic and desirable neighborhood! it's truly overpowering and inescapable, and weirdly now that I've lived here a while and driven/walked through so often I kind of have a kneejerk association with it and I think if I lived along there or had friends near there or whatever I would grow to become kind of fond of it. smell is such a powerful trigger of memory, it makes sense!

I do a ton of stuff to “hack” my brain on purpose with smell and sound actually lol because of that. When I go on vacation or - actually you know what? It’s literally the scene in the parent trap, where she is like “I’m making a memory, it’s grandfathers pipe tobacco and peppermint” I make memories on purpose, like I will wear a perfume the whole time or use a lotion or whatever, I will make sure to continue to like get the same drink, listen to the same playlist, so it all associates it’s the trip or event then later, I get those memories every time I hear or smell things associated with them, giving me a little treat later lol and I get a boost of endorphins, a present to myself from the past

Saying that a professional charting artist has "raw potential" is the kind of British-based shade I enjoy.

If you have an opportunity to check out his movie THE ELECTRICAL LIFE OF LOUIS WAIN I warmly recommend it. It’s deeply lovely, heartbreaking and, yes, full of cats!
