Tbh I’ve been telling my bf to do this (not drink olive oil exactly, but add it to all his foods and cook with extra oil) bc he’s been trying to gain weight. I had read online before that people who drank olive oil ended up having greasy/leaky poop so i wonder just how much oil he was drinking

All these years watching weight loss shows where people go “idk why I can’t loose weight I’ve been following the diet!” only to see its so much more annoying to see my bf wonder why he can’t gain weight and here I am basically living with him and I see that all his meals are small portions, he doesn’t snack, he won’t add sugar/milk to his coffee (or do anything to make his drinks high calorie) and he eats basically below his maintenance calories every day
