I haven’t watched the show much in quite a while so I’m not familiar with her. But it makes me sad and angry for her with what she went through. I’m glad she seems to be doing well now.

ANTM really was a cesspool and it breaks my heart that they were able to get away with it for so long because exploiting desperate young women, and other vulnerable people, through seemingly ritualised humiliation and degradation for entertainment was* the norm.

The audacity of the producers judging Angelea and other contestants on moral grounds; there isn’t a day ending in Y where Tyra isn’t a hypocrite. Also rme at the modelling industry’s attitude towards contestants…the audacity of these people.

I remember being so excited for the final and wanting Angelea to win. It was so awful and disappointing when they said she’d been disqualified. Me and my friends were searching online for any information and there was nothing. Angelea’s story is so distressing, they made so much money from this show and didn’t support her at all.

Angelea was always a fave and I was pissed she lost (and then Lisa won over Alliosn whattt). I liked her friendship with Krista, so I'm glad Krista tried her best to help her. It fucking sucks that she suffered like that then suffered extra when it came time for her big moment. I hope other contestants come forward.

i was never the biggest angelea fan, but she was so screwed over by antm and i am glad she is thriving now
