Honestly. I don't understand why he is on tv. His show is painfully unfunny and you can see him trying so hard to be Graham Norton... Can't wait for him to go away.
I generally don't think every single person who disagrees with Will's reaction should be villainized; it's OK to not agree with what he did, BUT it's so ironic that Ellen made a moral judgment about this when she's been running one of the most abusive and toxic sets in the industry for MANY years. I think the environment Ellen ran for decades is much worse than Will's in-the-moment reaction, which was by all means out of character for him and not something indicative of his behavior over the years.
