Honestly.
I don't understand why he is on tv. His show is painfully unfunny and you can see him trying so hard to be Graham Norton...

Ellen chiming in made me roll my eyes so hard.

I generally don't think every single person who disagrees with Will's reaction should be villainized; it's OK to not agree with what he did, BUT it's so ironic that Ellen made a moral judgment about this when she's been running one of the most abusive and toxic sets in the industry for MANY years. I think the environment Ellen ran for decades is much worse than Will's in-the-moment reaction, which was by all means out of character for him and not something indicative of his behavior over the years.
