James Corden and his writers on the Late Late Show did a "We Don't Talk About Bruno" parody entitled "We Don't Talk About Jada", in which they attempt to recap all of the Oscars ceremony.
Earlier his opening monologue he showed support for Chris Rock, saying "Will can't take a joke, but Chris can take a punch." and calling Rock's reaction to the incident "an incredibly dignified response."
Lyrics:
It was the Oscar show
Right in the beginning
And Beyonce crushed me alive.
Timmy walked in showing some major skin (Torso)
There's nothing that can ever kill this vibe (Nothing can ever go wrong)
There was a montage of spies (007)
Regina grabbed Josh Brolin's thighs (We were in heaven)
Then Chris Rock came to give a prize (Wow wow wow, but anyway)
We don't talk about Jada, no, no, no
We don't talk about Jada
People cheered for Elliot Page (Oh, that was so nice)
Then P-Diddy took the stage (Which you're on thin ice)
You don't know what I'm gonna say (Let's move on)
Then it was time for best actor (Let's just keep it light)
Will Smith rose up from the floor (Second time that night)
No one in the room was bored (I know what comes next, but anyway)
We don't talk about Jada, no, no, no
We don't talk about Jada
We can talk about Denzel
We can talk about Penelope Cruz
But we can't talk about Jada
