I think I only watched the third in the cinemas and fell asleep several times. Watched the first film several years later after having read the first book and was disappointed they didn't do the mutant candidate thing.

lmao you're right, I always bundle the last 2 together in my head. I'm relieved that the dumb 2 parts trend that we had in the late 2010s is done (except for Dune)

I saw the first two movies five times in theaters each, then the third one was trash and it never recovered

aw i loved this era. i was such a jlaw stan and the movies and books were so good to me. i remember being obsessed with that gold dress, but looking back i’m not that big of a fan now honestly

I think it was prabal gurung and I thought it was so perfect for her hunter games red carpet debut

I remembered there was a lot of pressure on her that night
