idk if its the editing because this seems to be consistent across the board, but why do celebs always skip the forehead and eyes when applying sunscreen?

$40 for a vitamin c cleanser that you're going to wash down the drain.... in a 1.6oz bottle. i hate rich people

I feel the same. I splurge on a lot of products but $15 is my limit for face wash

Oh God skip the eyes! I've learned this the hard way time and time again. P sure I got a legit chemical burn one summer.

Elf's Glossy Lip Stains are my new obsession. They're so comfortable and leave behind a nice stain!

I am super tempted to buy Natasha Denona's new pastel palette. It seems like it'd be so fun! But I wanna wait for some more reviews. I might get it during the Sephora spring sale though.

Do you remember the L'Oreal Paris Colour Caresse Wet Shine Lip Stain? If you ever used that can you compare it with the elf Glossy Lip Stain?

I never tried the LOreal lip stain so I can't compare the two products, unfortunately. :(

So I'm xx years old and I still don't know how to deal with my curly hair lmao. I haven't chemically straightened my hair in a decade but a part of me still wishes my hair was magically straight 🙈 - I really thought I had gotten over all my hangups at this point lol. Anyways my fellow curlies, help a girl out, what are some of your curly hair holy-grails??(also, anyone use olaplex? If so, how do you like it?)

I have used olaplex and I am curly, tho I dont color my hair anymore so idk, it felt good but I'm not sure it anything worth the price for me, idk what it does on bleach tho 🤷‍♀️ I'd get a bottle of 03 when it's like 20 bucks on sale and they it out, you get a couple of uses so it's worth it. Other than that, what's mostly helped my hair is enough conditioner in the shower. Cant stress this enough. You should be drowning in conditioner. Get a cheap one if you have to and just use as much as you can. Also silk pillowcase is holy grail, mine is some cheap imitation that's amazing tbh. Could never go back to regular pillowcases.

Clarifying my hair regularly with Bumble & Bumble Sunday shampoo is really important for my curls. If I skip it my hair gets really limp and weighted down by the products that I use but also by hard water. On days where I don’t use the Sunday shampoo I use the cleansing shampoo by Bounce curl which I love (they have great products with good ingredients, worth to have a look imo).

I use Olaplex (shampoo, conditioner, no3 and No1). I think the shampoo and conditioner helped to minimise hair shedding. No3 hadn't brought my waves/curls back like before 😭

I love the Bounce Curl light hold gel. The Giovanni strong hold gel is good too.

Oh actually I stocked up on my usual hair stuff (Bumble & Bumble Sunday shampoo and Ouai’s hair oil) and got Ouai’s leave in conditioner (mini bottle) which is a new fave. Though I miss the Korean conditioner I was using. I want to repurchase after I move.

Can you share the name of the Korean conditioner you were using?

I've recently switched up my skincare routine. I don't get as much breakouts and I'm the one that causes blemishes to myself cuz I keep popping any breakouts i have. Lol

I recently purchased the cosrx snail essence and all over cream. Loving it. I say it's good for normal and combo. Not dry. It won't do much.

Just got a naturium vitamin c - it's encapsulated l-ascorbic acid so it's not harsh and has a 5.5 ph which is great for morning. If you're getting a vitamin c serum, check for the type so you don't irritated your skin.

I tone with missha first time revolution clear toner and also the essence

Then at night, cerave retinol which really does help with breakout.

Since this is a new routine, beside feeling moisturize, I think my skin is fine...? Relatively the same. Maybe? I cannot tell yet.

PSA: please skip any products with fragrances ya'll and always wear sunscreen.
