The more I hear about this movie, the less I want to see it tbqh.

Esp Captain Carter. What does Hayley Atwell have on Kevin Feige?! I cannot phathom any other reason why she seems to pop up in everything going forward. Honestly they ruined Steve Rogers' arc by having him go back to the past and the MCU continuing to use Peggy Carter is just a frustrating reminder of that.

Marvel studio Reddit boards asked the MCU character people (on Reddit: mostly straight men) were most attracted to and it seems like she won by a lot. Like, a lot of dudes think she’s really hot.

Hot character =/= an interesting character

Her arc died with her in Civil War. I see no reason to keep bringing her back tbh. And Captain Carter in What If...? had the exact same story beats as Steve's trilogy, which undermines his arc and what made Steve Rogers the right type of person who was worthy of the serum. They just handed her Steve's entire story in What If and ruined both characters in the process.

I was answering your question on why she’s in stuff. I think it’s because she’s gorgeous and a decent actress, and as soon as the MCU opened up ways to bring her back (time travel and multiversal events) Feige jumped at it.

With all the reshoots and rumors, it's making MOM sound like a mess. Too many characters can ruin this movie. It's already rumored to have a 3 hr run time which is ridiculous.

I saw some quote how MoM will have more name characters in the movie than Endgame ... like that is a good thing? Endgame already felt like where is Waldo and they might end up putting actors/characters in we haven't seen before? it's gonna be so messy

Exactly. There was too much going on and I was ready for the end fight halfway through. This sounds like it will be a clusterfuck. This is like Civil War to me. It was supposed to be Cap's movie but was just another Avengers film. I feel like MOM will just be them throwing everything against the wall to see what will stick with the audience.

I will say I think it’s a big mistake that any character can just show up whenever because it makes the deaths in the movies have zero emotional impact

Why would they bring back the old cast though? Wouldn’t the multiverse be the perfect excuse to start fresh with new people? Cheaper for them too. The cast can’t be cheap at this point

I don't disagree actually, I don't see them getting old cast members but starting fresh with new ones. I'd just be shocked if we don't have at least one cameo of a new X-Men character.
