Yeah, I thought it was really solid finale and a truly satisfying conclusion to the series unlike the way it originally ended. Don't think we need a second season. Harrison isn't all that compelling of a character to carry a show.
This was my feeling when they announced the show, we’re very specific and committed to the one season and done, and they teased that it had a very satisfying purpose/ending/whatever (just that he’d die not his son killing him). Though I didn’t watch because I learned my lesson after the original show.
Clyde Phillips has been saying for years that his original ending was to kill Dexter. Why is everyone so suprised and annoyed when he went ahead and did just that??
I always wished we could’ve had his original ending for the original show but I don’t mind that it went this route since that one wouldn’t have worked in this show.
how was this season? I feel like I'm perpetually tied to this fucking show after they gave me season 4, which is easily one of best seasons in the history of TV.
I really enjoyed it, it was solid and much better than Dexter last season. But certainly not as good as the Trinity Killer season, that was perfect and I guess nobody was expecting to be that good anyways.
