If you haven't seen Peaky Blinders then you are missing out. Best British TV show in a long long time.

the quality of the seasons is pretty varied imo (i think s1 is the best and s3 the worst). and they're also pretty redundant, so if you watch a couple of eps you'll be able to tell quickly if it's for you or not.

I tried watching this a few years ago on my old laptop and didn't get past the first episode; everyone muttered and you could barely hear the dialogue. Is it worth pursuing more? Maybe I can wear headphones.

We always start the season with subtitles and can understand well enough to turn them off like halfway through, lol.
