yeah they stayed together for about a year after TASM2 and broke up in late 2015. Emma would start dating her future husband in 2017

the Vanity Fair piece I read said it was because of distance and their schedules. when they broke up he was shooting a Martin Scorsese movie in Taiwan and she was getting ready to shoot La La Land in LA. he was nominated for Best Actor at the Oscars in 2017 and she of course won Best Actress that year.

Emma’s husband is a director and producer, and they develop and work on projects together so I guess it’s easier for them to line their schedules up

Anyway, I've never dated a coworker but I'm not completely opposed to it. But, I'd have to like them a ton. Like it couldn't be a simple work crush.

I think there are a few reasons.

1. There’s a ton of pressure to playing Spider-Man. It’s life changing.
2. All 3 women are really talented/ successful.
3. So these very successful guys in their 20s are working closely with one awesome woman who understands the media storm they’re going through.

I think it’s just a recipe. It’s hilarious that Amy Pascal keeps trying to keep it from happening and failing.
