The whole "I'm socially liberal but fiscally conservative" schtick is such BS because you can't truly be socially liberal if you're fiscally conservative.

I was dating a guy like this. He was rich (well his dad was rich so he inherited tons) and he was fine with voting conservative even though he was mostly liberal. Made me lose a lot of respect for him.
