I am absolutely loving this series and agree with another poster that I hope it does continue beyond.

I think all of the new characters are really, really good and love the new setting as well. But I wouldn’t hate some time back in Miami.

The writer that gave us the good seasons is doing this reboot.

The person that ruined the last seasons has nothing to do with it and is salty about this show receiving praise.

People claiming to not like how sloppy Dexter is being are not looking at it from the standpoint of how he's basically an addict falling off the wagon. Killing in a tiny town when you don't have access to the same police resources is going to be harder than it was in Miami. He loathes himself and I really think he kind of wants to get caught.

The actor playing Harrison is so good. I'm really glad the show acknowledged what an awful father/person Harry was and how what he did to Dexter was abusive.

This show is much better than I'd expected and I hope it goes for more seasons.

Yeah, I think people are forgetting that one of the big reasons he was able to get away with shit for so long was because he worked for the PD. This time his only access is his girlfriend.

The name of the podcast bothers me for some reason. Is it Merry Fucking Kill? Marry Fucking Kill? Is this a Christmas murder pod or a pod that's about spousal murders?

I feel like they wrote the character of the podcast lady and her podcast to be obnoxious so that we underestimate how good she is. I think she's going to help Angela crack the runaway disappearances. I don't understand if this is intentional but the pic of Rita in the podcast episode was cropped from her wedding picture. So unless the podcast lady (what's her name, damn!) had some intern do the image layout, she would have recognized Dexter at the police station when talking to Angela.

Agreed for sure, she's more valuable than they want the audience to think. But ughhh, that title regardless of spelling, garbage, mama.

She also has said in the full podcast about the Trinity Killer that she was going to do one or has done one about Brian Moser, too. And in this weeks episode she says she has done an episode on the Bay Harbor Butcher. I'd have a hard time believing she didn't know the name Dexter Morgan AT LEAST.
