So good to see everyone supporting her. I wonder if we will ever find it out if the rumors are true that Madonna paid for Rosengart’s fees.

I think it's actually Beyoncè. Don't ask me how I know that.

Oh interesting. I know you said not to ask but why do you think so?

I’m glad Britney is finally out of conservatorship too, I just hope we can keep this energy up for reforming conservatorships/guardianships in general.

Do y'all think this will result in some kind of legislation to protect people with mental diseases and the elderly from abusive tutors and conservators?

I hope so...mental illness advocacy has come a long way but their is still a stigma against it too. If a law gets passed i would like more id depth talk of mental health be in the mainstream media and not get swept under the rug.

I would not doubt it one bit. This was such a high-profile case, that I wouldn't even be surprised if an act would be done under her name, or if she ends up in history books (at least from a legal perspective) This all showed how flawed conservatorships are and how they can be abused from so many party members. So, so sad! I wonder if this could even go as far as changing their ethics code because lots of people were unethical and immoral

even her getting out of it sets precedent, if she pursues legal action that will do more. I'm not sure what it would take to tackle it at more than a case law angle.
