I think they just mean they’re physically scary looking with those masks and their music is pretty heavy. But as far as I know … no personal or messy offenses?

I think the messiest I can recall is recently, where Corey compared the attempted “cancellation” of Eminem (when people pulled up his lyrics, particularly in “Love the Way You Lie”) as being a parallel to a modern day Salem Witch Trials. He was arguing about today’s climate of the cancel culture being the “rage age,” but that entire mess was gross af and it just makes it hard to enjoy Slipknot now.

Ah I didn’t know that. I don’t like their music so I don’t ever check for them. But this is so dumb to equate SWT to that. Eminem has more money and white stans than God so he’d never be truly canceled even if his music began to under perform.

A+ original. Thanks for reminding us how easy it is for a musical act to STOP THE SHOW when serious shit is happening and keep people safe.

I can vouch for Megadeth because I saw them in the 90s and Dave was good at keeping the crowd excited but calming people down who were rushing the stage. It was a great show and me and my friend walked out half deaf, lol.

They are fantastic live. I can't say how they are now since Dave had throat cancer but I saw them in their prime and it was fantastic.

Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend it if you can -- and in the next few years, because Mustaine's voice is... not long for this world, I fear; he's been really struggling hard the past few years -- and that was before the cancer. (As much as I dislike Dave, I still think Hetfield et al did him dirty as hell re: the parts they gave him in "Am I Evil?" during the Big 4 shows. Y'all damn well know he was gonna struggle, and struggle he did, ha.)

Mustaine as a person is a raging Dumpster fire but Megadeth live is AWESOME. Metallica's regarded by many as one of the best metal bands live, but I think a BIG part of that is just the sheer size of the venues they can fill; Megadeth is as soon, just... smaller, lol.

I remember reading about Infinite having to stop a UK show multiple times to get a section of the audience to chill.

If a KPOP group can stop a show multiple times and tell people in ENGLISH to stop... this bitch honestly has no excuse for keep playing.

I had to be pulled out of the crowd at their NYC show. Many of us did. Security was on it.

This list in missing MCR. Gerard always made sure that people were safe and ok at every single concert of theirs I went to. He would stop the concert multiple times even if it kept getting rowdy.

I saw a list of the ages of the people who died at Travis Scott's festival, and they were all so young. That 14 year old...

I was gonna say I've seen a compilation video of them chewing out a crowd if they had too. Lol

Honestly, there were so many. Green Day, Stone Sour, Logic, Luke Bryan, Five Finger Death Punch, Lil Pump, Van Halen, Lil Uzi Vert...

I didn't mean it as a complaint, sorry. Just highlighting that there are so many acts that take care of their fans at their concerts ❤️
