By now, we have all heard of the horrible events at Travis Scott's Astroworld concert in Houston. You have probably also heard of Travis's disgusting actions in which he encouraged people to disregard safety, watched as unconscious people were being treated, and refused to stop performing

I can vouch for Megadeth because I saw them in the 90s and Dave was good at keeping the crowd excited but calming people down who were rushing the stage. It was a great show and me and my friend walked out half deaf, lol.

They are fantastic live. I can't say how they are now since Dave had throat cancer but I saw them in their prime and it was fantastic.

Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend it if you can -- and in the next few years, because Mustaine's voice is... not long for this world, I fear; he's been really struggling hard the past few years -- and that was before the cancer. (As much as I dislike Dave, I still think Hetfield et al did him dirty as hell re: the parts they gave him in "Am I Evil?" during the Big 4 shows. Y'all damn well know he was gonna struggle, and struggle he did, ha.)

Mustaine as a person is a raging Dumpster fire but Megadeth live is AWESOME. Metallica's regarded by many as one of the best metal bands live, but I think a BIG part of that is just the sheer size of the venues they can fill; Megadeth is as soon, just... smaller, lol.

same! Dave was great cos i was a kid to and he like had an eagle eye on all the young ones in the audience and kept checking up on us during the show and had one kid hauled out cos they got caught in a circle pit (others in the pit hauled the kid up and out and he was surfed to the front at Daves request)
