I really liked season 3. IDK why, maybe it’s because I just had a baby, but it’s been my fave season so far

Same! I liked Peach and Ellie from the first two seasons but the rest were so forgettable

I'm childfree and S3 is my favorite too lol I was a lot more into the story, and all the characters seemed to have something to offer.

It's in a co-op? I can one hundred percent see Penn living in a co-op, but I feel like that might not have the traditional meaning in this setting.

Idk does it have different meanings elsewhere? In a co-op, the building itself is owned by a corporation, and the people who live in it own shares in the corporation instead of the actual property.

Ah, here it is more of a hippie vibe. It is more a communal thing.
A Co-op is a member-owned and member-controlled business that operates for the benefit of its members. Everyone who owns a co-op has a need for the products and services offered. The motivation is utilitarian, not for financial gain. Members democratically decide the direction and operations of the business with one vote each.

Oh yeah, those also exist, but a co-op for an apartment isn’t seen as a hippie thing like it would be for like a grocery store.

That looks like a nice normal people house (You know, if we ignore the price) with normal sized rooms and no weird grand staircase etc.

It's totally a normal person home, looks like it's just a 3 BR 2 BA in a co-op building with prob limited amenities. It doesn't even seem that updated or have any special features either. IMO $1.8 million seems steep for that, but I guess it's all about location. In my Queens neighborhood, you could get a detached house for that price lol. But in any case, it is a nice apt, just surprisingly down to earth! Like I know people living in the city who rent nicer, luxury apts lol and they're certainly not celebrities

He could afford much bigger/fancier. This makes me think he and his wife are frugal.

It's a great location and Park Slope prices are brutal.
