It's the same schtick the whole way through pretty much, if you're not into it at all so far I'm not sure you'll really enjoy it.
It's him being a little creepy creep with inner monologues the entire time lolol. But if you prefer the characters introduced in S2 and S3, maybe you'd enjoy those seasons more. Most people seem to enjoy S1 the most though 🤷‍♀️

Season 3 feels more focused and fun but I agree. Something about Season 2 was off. Loved Forty though.

I reversed his age in my head and saw it as '53'. My brain was stuttering for a good 2 seconds there at the thought of him actually being that old and me thinking he was in his 30s.
