i'm seeing the outsiders restoration on saturday with a friend and i'm v excited!! and then trying to organize this years halloween movies -- i think martyrs, scream 3, scream 4, and saint maud are gonna be my openers.

oh and evan hansen has leaked and lmao i can't wait for the shitflinging.

I have the extended edition dvd somewhere and I like most of the extra scenes but I HATE that some of the songs were changed out! Such a mistake.

Seeing I'm Your Man tonight; saw Most Beautiful Boy several months ago at NewFest, I think, and it's really good & disturbing. (And that unexpected Midsommar connection! Well, unexpected to me, lol.) I guess I'll watch The Guilty once it's on Netflix because I love Yillenhoolay, but it did not need a remake tbh.

My NYFF adventure starts Sunday with The Worst Person in the World and The Souvenir Pt. II!! ❤ Gotta remember to rewatch the first one. So many things!!

I've heard so many good things about The Worst Person in the World, can't wait to read what you think! But after suffering through the first iteration of The Souvenir, I don't think I have it in me to even attempt the sequel.

lol that's fair, I def see why it was divisive. (I didn't really need to hear the two women sitting behind me when I saw the first one loudly discussing how much they disliked it and wanted to leave, but ya know, I can respect the sentiment.)

Rewatched There Will Be Blood last night for the first time since it was released... appreciated it like 100% more this time around. The cinematography alone, my god.

I fucking love "There Will Be Blood" sooooooooo much. I love the relationship between DDL and his son. That final scene between them is so sad. "A Bastard from a basket". ;_;
