Am I the only one who doesn't like James Bond as a character? I never understood the appeal.

The appeal is in being a spy, cool places, cars, beautiful women, to me. Not so much the character, but I've only seen Casino Royale and Skyfall.

No you're not alone. These movies have never appealed to me either.

Spy Kids >>> James Bond tbh!

I've never been a fan of Bond as a character or of Bond films. I've seen enough to know it's not for me.

I actually agree with that sentiment. Like Ocean's Eight was fine, I guess, but I didn't enjoy it and the original is always going to be more memorable. Ocean's Eight is just remembered for being the "girl version." Same with Ghostbusters. The effort is barely there. We need more original property in general but especially ones that center female characters. That being said the next James Bond should definitely be a man of color.

It's just kind of inexplicable. I dont understand a single creative decision in that film. I dont know how they thought that an audience that likes the first would want a long adlibbed snl sketch. Hemsworth was actually charming, if it were like 23 jumpstreet or something id be into it. Thats really not Ghostbusters though. Its weird because if Id thought of a reboot I would have gone for something nostalgia heavy and kid centric like the new one is going to be, so why they didnt just go for that is beyond me.

So is this supposed to be "He could have said nothing, yass king!" or "he could have said nothing, boo him!"

Well, I guess that's the point of clickbait.
