I just looked up the brand and they generally have good reviews (4.5 stars) and an email to send complaints to. Maybe if she's so unimpressed, she should've contacted them the right way and would've actually been offered a refund or something? This just seems tacky.

Tbf so many companies don't care about complaints unless you tell them publicly. So many times I've emailed and never gotten a response but gotten one the same day after tweeting them my issue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

unless you’re calling out discriminatory practices/incidents, you should really just talk to them privately. Maybe it’s something they could fix/work on before they see their business tank. Now if it’s something heinous like a roach in your food or they discriminated against you, then sure, yeah let the world know. But this is ????

Thats a Naples style pizza.. I'd eat the shit out of it! Thin, crispy, not too much sauce or stuff on it. Mmm.

Except it is? Except when you give it a moment to sit and the crust gets nice and chewy. But then the center gets squishy from the sauce. I dunno. My fat ass was eating its way through italy in the late 90s, including naples. I could be remembering it wrong cause I'm sure the other side of the boot had thick crusts that i didnt like.

Idk, I'm Italian and to me Neapolitan pizza is chonky and soft (especially the crust)...🤷😄
