I was curious about this like how “sissy” is sissy, like is it just pretty boys or like REALLY pretty boys 😆 And does it only effect broadcast television? Because most idol shows are online shows right?

I read the document someone translated on twitter and it said men aren’t allowed to be “feminized.” Lmao whatever that means. I think they are trying to curb fan fiction stuff in one go with the wording.
