At first I thought this show was kinda weird and bad. There's A LOT of exposition and poor writing structure in the pilot. However, I watched all of the first four eps yesterday and I got really hooked and compelled. Nicole is delivering one of her WORST but at the same time CAMPIEST and most HILARIOUS performances and lord jesus that WIG is a character itself nasdngaksdgnaskgskgagfg. I'm into it now lol. Regina Hall and Samara Weaving are the highlights for me, but really the whole cast is great.

You summed up the experience of watching this show pretty well. My reactions during each episode usually include (1) Whaaat? (2) That makes no sense (3) WTF? (4) Ugh, that wig! (5) How did they get this cast for such a ridiculous show?

I really enjoy the nuances she brings to the character. It’s interesting that surface-wise she’s a very vapid influencer but you can quickly see that she’s very bright, introspective, and insightful. I enjoy her character a lot and Samara brings so much believability to all the insecurities she carries.

I only want to watch this because Asher Keddie is in it and Melissa McCarthy looks gorgeous. So the second the finale airs I'm gonna marathon it.
