I was surprised at how affecting the Nine Days trailer was for me when it coulda easily been schmaltzy. Also, what a great cast. Looking forward to watching that and The Green Knight!

i saw pig the other day and enjoyed it. the two leads were really great, and i was pleasantly surprised how much i enjoyed their ~chemistry. i loved how the movie touched on different kinds of grief and how they affect people. good shit.

i have tickets for the green knight tonight but i'm so tired lmao. gonna try to persevere

aw i wanna see lorelei once it's on vod, i have a soft spot for jena malone

this week i watched housebound (a horror comedy from 2014 that wasn't great), blood red sky which i actually really enjoyed as a comedy, nobody (good fun, would like a sequel) and werewolves within (not bad but not great? middle of the road horror comedy with an underutilized cast)

this weekend i'll be watching censor and ride the eagle

I saw Fighting with My Family with Florence Pugh and I liked it. Also The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard and it was... Idk how to describe it. Maybe okay for background noise 🤷‍♂️
