Having billions to give away would be so much fun

I’ve thought about it before and I would want to focus on one city to try and make a really tangible difference, and I would focus on funding public libraries (some of the libraries in my city are open for two days a week due to lack of funding...) improving public transportation (make it more convenient and reduced/free prices) and the homeless
