Currently re-watching 'Make It Or Break It' and I agree regarding Payson. I appreciated Kaylie's storyline especially that scene where she got angry at that male gymnast who didn't take her seriously even after her win at Nationals and she told him she hardly came out of nowhere as she was training every day since she was five. However, it was a process for her to find the committment that was so ingrained in Payson and Payson was never really rewarded for it in the end. I mean you can say that's a life lesson as life isn't a meritocracy but I doubt it was meant as such it was just the writers driving certain agendae. I was excited about season 3 but I felt let down by it, e.g. the Kelly Parker storyline.
