The six month probe into the Princess Diana Panorama interview will be out tomorrow. Judge Lord Dyson was asked by the BBC to carry out an investigation, with encouragement from Diana's sons William and Harry. Thursday’s Telegraph says Dyson found reporter Martin Bashir guilty of deceit and that he breached BBC guidelines in securing her interview.

Bashir deceived Diana by saying Charles impregnated their children's nanny and William was spying on her for Charles. He also mocked up bank statements of tabloid payments which were shown to Diana's brother Earl Spencer and allegedly used to win over his trust and gain access to his sister. Earl Spencer supplied a dossier of evidence to Lord Dyson, including eight pages of notes. Those notes included a list of allegations (purportedly from Bashir), including a suggestion that Princess Diana’s telephones were bugged and that she was being followed.

Princes William and Harry will have to wait until tomorrow to see the official findings of the report and they will then decide how to respond. Last week, the BBC said Martin Bashir had left his job as BBC Religion Editor for "health" reasons.
