not the play the "what if?" game but he made her so paranoid that she refused her royal security officers she still had access to after the divorce. if she still had them, she most definitely wouldn't be having a drunk driver the night of her crash in paris, for starters.

I think that is exactly why Prince William apparently put his foot on BBC's neck to get an investigation. It will change nothing but it's the principle of it.

the interview was great for tea but it really did destroy her life and she regretted it from the moment it aired. i really don’t feel comfortable watching it tbh esp knowing the background and how it came to be

as always, she deserved so much better :/
