I couldn't get into it despite my love for Katey. But this reasoning seems dumb considering how much of a push ABC put into A Million Little Things and yet it has close to the same ratings as Rebel, was renewed, and also sat behind Grey's and it didn't help.

Meanwhile ABC series ordered another fairytale show from the creators and a writer from Once Upon a Time with literally the same exact tagline that was used for Once.

Make it make sense

A Million Littel Things is in its third season and gains in delayed viewing. Rebel fell to 0.3 after 5 episodes.

According to the explanation, those are only live + same day viewing averages. Delayed viewing is different.

I really wanted to like the show but I watched one episode and it was so bad I refused to watch another episode after that

I mean ABC put it after the firefighter show and Greys on Thursdays and the ratings were crap, so I don't blame them for cancelling it. The are letting the remaining episodes air, at least.

Yeah Krista is coming off super entitled. They definitely gave the show a lot of advertising and a prime spot. You just made a bad show, Krista!

I read the Hollywood Reporter feature on her, and apparently she has shot like a dozen pilots and this is the first one to go to series and then to get cancelled after 5 episodes, so she must be hurting. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/krista-vernoff-on-overcoming-her-past-overhauling-greys-anatomy-and-finally-emerging-from-shondas-shadow-4158013/

But even if she does showrun ABC's top two shows, what are they to do? Keep a flop show on air and lose money?
