For what I understand the team behind this got the permission from both of them to use their image; if not, then side eying everyone involved, including Sebastian and Lilly. You can't use someone's image and life like than, even if they are public figures.

I don’t think The Crown got permission either, after season 4 covered the Charles/Diana/Camilla fiasco there were sooo many articles complaining that it was misrepresenting what happened and that they shouldn’t be allowed to cover living people without a disclaimer that it’s all fiction
