I just watched The Mitchells vs the machines and I really loved it. It was a breath if fresh air imo

I just looked up reviews on YouTube and immediately found two negative reviews and a friend told me she couldn’t get into it. Made me a bit sad.

I thought the first 50 minutes were slow but afterward it was just so fucking surreal I enjoyed it a lot.

I thought maybe the first 20 minutes when they did all the family activities was slow but when they got to the dinosaur place it really picked up.

Personally I would not be as forgiving as Katie but I totally saw myself in the father/daughter relationship growing apart as you get older.

I struggled with it a bit more than I thought I would, I was probably a little too distracted watching it. The little brother having a fully adult voice also took me out a bit. Other than that I did like it, the 'Live Your Life' scene was great and I loved the ending

I wanted to see Demon Slayer this week but again I was too lazy to actually go out and do it. My parents want to see Here Today so bad. I’m still checking out new jdramas from this season, I think I’ve watched about 13 first episodes o.o

I plan on watching The Boy from Medellin despite having no previous interest in J Balvin. I’m curious to see how he handled the Colombian protests and it’s timely given the situation now.

I am patiently waiting for In the Heights. Almost a month away!
