- They don't want to rush the project and would like to spend more time working on the script.

having people be safer seems pretty important too, but idk. it's probably more to match production back up with premieres for marvel/disney

Yeah, I have very fond memories of the first one but at the same time it's been so long that I don't mind getting a new one.

Came in here to say the same thing! I am excited for mahershala ali, though i gotta say stephen dorff was great as the villain so i hope they find someone to top that.

can’t wait! the original is a classic but still an average script, so i’m glad they’re taking their time
