- They don't want to rush the project and would like to spend more time working on the script.

very curious how they're going to work in vampires into the mcu - I figure they'll be aliens or some sort of science experiment thing. The MCU has def gotten more comic book-y but just like the mutants i don't understand how they're going to retro fit things that have Been Here All Along.

I mean they did it with witches (in a more general sense of them existing) so they'll probably do that with vampires too.

ETA: As in, retro-fit them, probably as creatures that hid amongst everyone or they might attach it to Wanda and her messing with darker magic now.

Look. I get it. I want it to be perfect too. But give me the god damn movie.

Im going to watch other films but this is the only one I've actually been excited for.

i really really hope we get some actual gothic aesthetics and stylisation in this, with actual light hitting actual objects, rather than the bland cgi nightmares these films have turned into. can we allow a cinematographer to actually work on one of these things for once?

well good, i appreciate that they want to put the work in and really get it right

i hope mahershala's doing some training, i love him but he has biiiiiiiiiiig shoes to fill cuz wesley snipes just IS blade lol, doesn't get much more iconic than him
