I tend to be skeptical of slash shippers but also Will was essentially a stand-in for Clarice, and Clarice/Hannibal is a hugely shipped pairing with sexual undertones leading to a pseudo-romantic relationship in the end, so why should it be a big deal for that to happen with Will/Hannibal?

I ended up putting off the last season while it was airing because people said it was disappointing, and then never watched it at all. I finally watched it not too long ago and I rly didn’t think it was that bad. Seemed very symmetrical - first season highlights Hannibal’s obsession w/ Will, and the last, Will’s w/ Hannibal. I kind of liked the finality of the last scene w/ them of course going together

I absolutely loved the finale. Will going to the dark side was where the show was heading from the beginning. So I think if they didn't have him do that, it would just be less believable.

I feel like the non “ride or die” casual viewers didn’t like, or hated, S3. It was a bit more bonkers than S1 & S2. But if you were invested in it, and liked the bonkers aspects, S3 was good.

I loved s3 as well. It's great, and the ending both concluded the main running plotlines while leaving it ambiguous enough for a possible future revival.

If anything, it makes me kinda sad that it had material for two seasons, but had to be condensed into one because of the cancellation.
