She and Lea didn't get on well at all.

IDK about Dianna for sure but with her Glee experience, it may have been more upsetting to take part (10000000000000000% speculation since she and Naya were friends).

they were friends, but she's taken part in many glee reunion things so i highly doubt that's the issue

Holy shit, remembering she died is fucking with me. I wanted her and some of the others to be more successful. And uh. . . I don't like how Tina was put in the background from the episodes I saw. And how fucking Leah, Miranda whatever that child's name was, the annoying one with the two dads. I LOATHE how they made her happen for a bit before her attitude brought her back down to earth. And those tears when people called her out. I sucked them up like water.

I loved Tina so much (still do) and am so mad at how they totally wasted her character.

plus her singing ability. How you gonna give the people with zero singing ability ALL the songs and you have this trained Broadway singer do nothing.

Well, pairing her off with a character that barely got any dialogue for two seasons didn’t help her much...abandoning her planned story arc in S2 because RM had a shiny new plaything didn’t help her much... my friend’s sibling was approached to be a writer on the show and could have done so many great things with it but RIB apparently thought they were too “intense” or something and it never happened.
