Aww shit and fuck her husband, he’s in on it. That town looks so small I bet it doesn’t even have a traffic light.

tbh I was intrigued until it got to the "husband tempted by young woman" shit. I'm so bored of that storyline, particularly when it paints the younger woman as a seductress rather than (what's more often the case) a victim of an older man.

I was suspicious at the beginning when she mentioned moving out there for him. Leaving the city for a farm in the middle of nowhere. Her husband doesn’t look like a farmer. lol

I don't know why but now I'm getting a home-grown Midsommar vibe -- like his family lures people here or something.

I still laugh when I remember someone being like, "Americans are sure that any house over 50 years old is haunted because someone died there but like... that's often how houses work?"

More like Michelle and Carmen. Or Michelle, Amanda, and her daughter Carmen.

This seems interesting

You know I'd love to see a movie where the husband sees stuff and the wife doesn't believe him lol to change up things

Wasn't that kind of the Amityville Horror?

I know people hated it but I liked the Ryan Reynolds version.

It was definitely on major rotation in my teen sleepover years.
